Refund policy

We can't accept returns for any custom order

• After the order is confirmed and we start building your products, the order cannot be cancelled due to the nature of our products.
• We can accept returns ONLY if the items arrive damaged or defective please contact us straight away. 
• Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes(including any taxes for returning the products back to seller)  that may apply, also buyers are responsible for shipping payments in case of returning the item back to the seller - ensure wood tops and legs also are not damaged as this may affect the refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at Thewoodscent@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, the buyer is responsible of  shipping costs/return costs and we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  5 days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
