Shipping and returns:

Time needed to fulfil the order and prepare for shipping varies. Estimated delivery time is between 5-6 weeks. For details and wood characteristics see individual item description.

Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Delivery charge: England -> FREE || Wales -> FREE || Scotland(Glasgow, Edinburgh and Motherwell) -> £80 || Rest of Scotland -> £120 || Northern Ireland -> £120

After the order is confirmed and we start building your products, the order cannot be cancelled due to the nature of our products.
Because of the nature of our products, unless they arrive defective or damaged, we can't accept returns for any custom order.
Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes(including any taxes for returning the products back to seller) that may apply, also buyers are responsible for shipping payments in case of returning the item back to the seller - ensure wood tops and legs also are not damaged as this may affect the refund.
